The Rural Medical Training Collaborative is hiring a part-time Associate Director of the Rural Training Track Collaborative.
This physician-specific role will support leadership, advising and consulting on a number of programmatic areas, including the RTT Annual Meeting and rural graduate medical education (GME) best practices. Responsibilities will include advising the Executive Director and working with the existing staff and Board of Directors.
MD/DO and experience in rural healthcare delivery is required; experience working in rural GME is preferred.
This job is structured as a remote position as a time buy-out of an up to .3 FTE.
Founded 10 years ago to help advance best practices in rural GME, the collaborative has evolved to focus on rural medical education training at all levels.
