The Urban Health Experience (UHE) is designed for undergraduate and graduate health profession students in urban counties. Students will have the opportunity to shadow mental health, public health, and veterinary professionals in urban settings to enhance their awareness of urban health care needs. The experience includes asynchronous material on urban health care needs and case study application, Narcan and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, and the opportunity to design and present a capstone project based on public health interventions.
