Scrub Exposure: Scrub Exposures are half-day visits to healthcare facilities where K–12 students explore careers through tours, activities, and discussions with professionals.

Job Shadowing: AHECs coordinate short- and long-term shadowing experiences for students from high school to medical school in hospitals and clinics across Illinois.
