This 25-minute live streaming video will present clinical data on how to implement pharmacogenomic (PGx) testing for major depressive disorder (MDD) into your practice.

The presentation, titled “Pharmacogenomic Testing in Depression Treatment Decision-Making: Applying Evidence to Practice,” will cover:

• Landmark studies in PGX related to depression care
• Recognizing patients with MDD who are appropriate candidates for PGX testing and communicating about PGX testing
• Understanding different options for PGX testing
• Interpreting the results of PGX x tests and incorporating the information into treatment decision-making

The presenter will be Sagar V. Parikh, MD, FRCPC, professor of psychiatry and of health management and policy at the University of Michigan Medical School.

The webinar will conclude with a 5-minute Q&A.
