The Community Health Worker Resource Hub is library of resources from 25 community health worker projects representing a wide range of populations, topics, and settings.
The hub is an initiative of the New York University’s CHW Research & Resource Center (CHW-RRC) and Health’s Community Service Plan at NYU Langone, an academic medical center.
The CHW-RRC draws on NYU Langone’s extensive CHW-related knowledge and expertise in order to strengthen and support emerging and existing programs, both within and beyond NYU Langone. It focuses on building community health worker capacity and leadership. The library is drawn from projects across NYU Langone.
On October 26, 2023, the Community Health Worker Resource Hub hosted a webinar designed to help everyone access their extensive collection of resources.

The CHW-RRC is housed in the Department of Population Health at NYU Grossman School of Medicine and supported by NYU Langone’s Community Service Plan. It is led by a CHW committee made up of a rotating group of four to six CHWs and patient navigators across NYU Langone.
