“Advance Directives: The Who and What” is a lunchtime learning opportunity offered in connection with National Health Care Decision Day (April 16), which exists to inspire, educate and empower the public and providers about the importance of advance care planning.

The program, presented by Aging Care Solutions, will feature presenters Tammy Smith and Kathy Smith of Lighthouse Hospice and Palliative Care.

It’s never too soon to think about and talk about what’s important to you, in your life and in your health, with a trusted person. Learn how to help patients, clients and community members plan ahead and make their wishes known.

One CEU is available for health and allied health professionals.
