Please join us in celebrating National Rural Health Day as well as 30 years of the Rural Medical Education Program and 20 years of the National Center for Rural Health Professions!

National Rural Health Day is an annual opportunity to celebrate the “power of rural” and to build awareness of health equity principles, policies, and approaches that can better support health in rural communities.

Dr. Samee Vohra, Director of the Illinois Department of Public Health, will be the guest speaker. The event will include an awards presentation, and lunch from Ralfie’s BBQ will be provided.
