These mini grants and scholarships to help cover educational expenses for students in the health sciences and health professions. Applicants for Future Healthcare Hero awards must be graduating high school seniors. Both are $500.

Applicants must be pursuing entry into any health science program and must have at least a 2.5 GPA. Applicants must submit:

• Completed and signed application and release, including a personal statement.
• Transcripts (may be sent separately).
• Two letters of recommendation.
