Position Posted for Implementation Specialist in Chicago

Sinai Urban Health Institute is hiring an implementation specialist. The implementation specialist plays a key role implementing the South Side Healthy Community Organization (SSHCO), by managing the community health worker (CHW) care model, working in a multi-organization coalition, and supporting program sites.

Key responsibilities include documenting many aspects of care coordination, collaborating with coalition site staff, coordinating CHW hiring, successful onboarding and other aspects of CHW contribution to the overall effort.

In addition to experience in coalitions and working with CHWs, successful candidates will be able to navigate various technology based tools include REDCap and electronic medical records. Strong writing and documentation skills are also needed.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in in public health, business or health care administration, non-profit management or a related field and 2-3 years of experience working in a project management or operations role at a clinic or hospital are required.

Sinai Urban Health Institute, the research arm of Sinai Chicago, works with the community to identify and address health inequities in some of the most underserved communities in the city.
