AHEC is sponsoring Sway Essay to speak to students about how to write and edit their personal statement so admissions officers get to know the real you.

In this workshop you will learn:
• How write an academic resume/activities list
• How to approach writing your personal statement
• How to write “why I want you” essays
• What what you need to know about yourself to find your perfect college

The workshop will also provide you with a sample resume to act as a template to write your own.
