IPHI Hiring for Various Positions

The Illinois Public Health Institute (IPHI) is expanding and has a variety of open positions. The agency works to mobilize stakeholders, catalyze partnerships, and lead action to improve public health systems to maximize health, health equity, and quality of life for people and communities. IPHI leads initiatives through the Center for Community Capacity Development, the Center for Health Information Sharing and Innovation, and the Center for Policy and Partnership Initiatives. Senior Program Manager – Planning, Training, and Capacity Initiatives for the Center for Community Capacity Development. The manager will work at the state, local and national level to advance health-equity-oriented approaches to community health improvement through effective planning and collaborative engagement.

Program Manager – Digital Bridge, a national public-private partnership working to promote data interoperability between healthcare and public health.

Program Director – Co-Director, Alliance for Health Equity, a leadership role that oversees program operations, coordinates with partners, and implements strategies to strengthen systems to address social drivers of health and promote health equity Chicago and Cook County.

Program Associate – Alliance for Health Equity, a team member who coordinates workgroups; writes and edits reports; perform qualitative data analysis; and supports a variety of other Alliance activities.

Administrative Assistant – Center for Policy & Partnership Initiatives, a team member who provides administration and operations support for implementation of several large grant programs related to chronic disease prevention and policy; includes maintaining project contacts in the Salesforce database.
