DeWitt County Mental Health Community Survey

DeWitt County residents 18 and older – you are invited to share your experience and suggestions to help plan and enhance mental health services/programs.

The survey is voluntary, doesn’t ask for your name, and should take about 15 minutes.

The purpose of the DeWitt County Needs and Resources Assessment Community Survey is to become more aware of needs and resources for mental health concerns, problematic substance use, and intellectual / developmental disabilities.
