You are invited to join the Illinois Community Health Worker Association at its second annual summit.

This all-day event will feature workshops designed for CHWs and their employers as well as a special presentation on cancer by Pfizer. Other workshop topics will include autism, multiple sclerosis, colon cancer, and updates on the Illinois CHW certification and education process.

Denise Octavia Smith, the executive director of the National Association of CHWs, will be in attendance as a special guest.
