Save the Date: Conference on Managing Stress and Anxiety – June 10

Participants will learn about the stress response, its impact on physical and mental health, and the differences between everyday anxiety and an anxiety disorder.

The all-day conference will include keynote presentations and a wide variety of breakout sessions running. Stress management and community resources will also be discussed.

Cost: $45 registration fee, scholarships are available; extra $25 for CEUs
