The Chicago Cancer Health Equity Collaborative, ChicagoCHEC, 2019 Community Forum will focus on navigating cancer care from early detection through treatment and survivorship. This half-day event, to be held at Truman College in Chicago will include presentations by researchers, students, community leaders, caregivers, cancer survivors and health care professionals.
