The Coleman Palliative Medicine Training Program has designed a series of three of webinars to address specific topics in pain management related to serious illness.
The series begins November 15, with webinars every other week. All sessions are at 11 am CST. The three sessions are:
- The Psychosocial Model of Pain and Non-Pharmacological Treatments – Tuesday, November 15
- Pain Management with Occupational Therapy – Tuesday, November 29
- Managing Acute Pain and Distress at the End of Life – Tuesday, December 13
Speakers’ slides will be distributed to registered participants. Recordings will not be available. All three webinars will be made available on demand in late January 2023 on the Coleman Palliative Medicine Training Program website.
CE Credit:
- Each webinar is approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™; social work accreditation is pending.
- Evaluations are required to receive continuing education credit.
- You do not have to attend the entire series to receive continuing education credit.
